Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to examine the topic of Siledai in Perungapiyam. Analytical approach, explanatory approach, and historical approach have been followed as the research is carried out on the basis of data to be compiled and analyzed by classifying the poems in Perungapiyam’s as Sol siledai and Porul siledai. In the literary grammers of Perungapiyam’s, each poem is arranged in the order of Ethugai, Monai, Uvamai, Uvamaurubu. These poems reflect the way of life of the people. The research conclusion can be illustrated by identifying and revealing how siledai have come about through transcriptions.

பெருங்காப்பியங்களில் சிலேடை என்றத் தலைப்பில் நுணுகி ஆராய்வதே இக்கட்டுரையின் நோக்கமாக அமைந்துள்ளது. பெருங்காப்பியங்களில் உள்ள பாடல்களில், சொற்சிலேடை, பொருட்சிலேடை என வகைமைப்படுத்தித் தரவுகளின் அடிப்படையில் தொகுத்தும், பகுத்தும் ஆய்வு மேற்கொள்ளப்படுவதால் பகுப்பாய்வு அணுகுமுறை, விளக்கமுறை அணுகுமுறை, வரலாற்றுமுறை ஆகிய அணுகுமுறைகள் பின்பற்றப்பட்டுள்ளன. பெருங்காப்பியங்களில் உள்ள இலக்கிய இலக்கணங்களில் முறைப்படி மற்றும் இல்லாமல் பாடல்வரிகள்தோறும் எதுகை, மோனை, உவமை, உவமஉருபு என்ற அமைப்புமுறையில் அமைந்துள்ளது. இப்பாடல்களின்வழி மக்களின் வாழ்க்கைமுறைகைளை பிரதிபலிக்கின்றன. காப்பியப்பாடல்கள் மூலம் சிலேடைகள் எவ்வாறு வந்துள்ளன என்பதைக் கண்டறிந்து வெளிப்படுத்துவதே ஆய்வு முடிவாக எடுத்துக்காட்ட இயலும்.
