It is necessary for the literature of this era to have an impact on the reader and to be created with some concepts that stand in the literary environment. In this way, it can be seen today that literature is mostly created on the basis of western theory. In literary genres such as short stories and novels, theory today can be felt painfully intruding itself and sometimes being imposed by the creator. However, this article seeks to explore how feminist theory has been explained in the short stories of A. Muthulingam, a renowned writer, despite theories of many types, such as feminism, Marxism, and sociological theory.

ஆய்வுச் சுருக்கம்

          இக்கால படைப்பிலக்கியம் வாசகரிடம் ஒரு தாக்கத்தை ஏற்படுத்தவும் இலக்கியச் சூழலில் நின்று நிலவும் சில கருத்தாக்கங்களைக் கொண்டு படைக்கப்பட வேண்டியது அவசியமாகிறது. அவ்வகையில் இலக்கியங்கள் பெரும்பாலும் மேலைநாட்டு கோட்பாட்டு அடிப்படையில் படைக்கப்படுவதை இன்று கண்ணுற முடிகின்றது. சிறுகதை, நாவல் போன்ற இலக்கிய வகைகளில் கோட்பாடு  இன்று தன்னை வலிந்து புகுத்திக் கொள்வதையும் சில நேரங்களில்  படைப்பாளியால்  திணிக்கப்படுவதையும்  உணரமுடிகிறது. பெண்ணியம், மார்க்சியம், சமூகவியல் கோட்பாடு  எனப் பல வகைகளில் கோட்பாடுகள் இருப்பினும் இக்கட்டுரை புலம்பெயர் படைப்பாளர் அ.முத்துலிங்கம் சிறுகதைகளில் பெண்ணியக் கோட்பாடு எவ்வாறு விளக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்பதை ஆராய முற்படுகிறது.
