The Usage of Adjectives to form Poetry Paripadal

Abstract

Abstract :

          In Ettuthogai Agam and Puram has combined together and used in Paripadal. This one is especially called as "Oongu Paripadal". It is mainly composed of Adaigal. The growth of adjectives is known as Adaigal. This adjectives can be used to illustrate the contents in poetry. Tholkkapiyar used this adjectives as a device to demonstrate the adverbs of adjectives in Paripadal. These adjectives were identified in the texts and explained how it was used and quoted in Paripadal. This Paper shows that how  single Adaigal and Adiadaigal were used to form a Paripadal poetry.
