Food, clothing and shelters are considered to be the basic amenities has not been provided to A common person,his or her life will be doomed.These are the basic needs of a human being from his birth.If he has been deprived his life will be ultimately lead to various traumas.Srilankan people are marginalised and had to undergo many problems in their daily life beyond limits  at the same time their life seems to be insecure. on the other hand the world countries remained spectators rather than taking any action.Though the others remained passive, a writer has never hesitated to bring in this sad plight into the light.As a result collection of short story entitled "Buddha" was rewritten in the name of Adhirai by Samanthan.This paper de codes the voice of the subalterns who are left unnoticed in this society.
