Abstract

Contemporary women are systematically expressing their personality and uniqueness. The contribution of women in works of art and literature is becoming more and more prominent. Social organization is also a fundamental factor in the emergence of feminist ideas. When we look at the culture of the Tamils, we can see that it has been different for men and different for women. This situation is changing as the woman who has been enslaved for years is starting to wake up today. Thus the poet Vanilla's way of writing this poem aims to highlight the status of contemporary women.

ஆய்வுச்சுருக்கம்:

தற்காலத்திய பெண்கள் தங்களுடைய ஆளுமைத்திறன் மற்றும் தனித்தன்மைகளை முறையாக வெளிப்படுத்தி வருகின்றனர். கலை இலக்கியப் படைப்புகளில் பெண்களின் பங்களிப்பு மிகச் சிறப்பானதாக அமைந்து வருகிறது. பெண்ணியச் சிந்தனைகள் தோன்றுவதற்கு சமூக அமைப்பும் அடிப்படைக் காரணியாக அமைந்துள்ளது. தமிழர்களின் பண்பாட்டை உற்றுநோக்கும்போது அது ஆணிற்கு வேறானதாகவும் பெண்ணிற்கு வேறானதாகவும் இருந்து வந்துள்ளதை அறிய முடிகிறது. ஆண்டாண்டு காலமாக அடிமைப்பட்டு வந்த பெண்ணினம் இன்று விழித்தெழத் தொடங்கியிருப்பதால் இந்நிலை மாறி வருகின்றது. அவ்வகையில் கவிஞர் வெண்ணிலாவின் கவிதையின் வழி தற்காலப் பெண்களின் நிலையை எடுத்துக்காட்டும் நோக்கில் இக்கட்டுரை அமைகிறது.
