Reflections on Contemporary Parent's found in the Works of V. Iraianbu

Abstract

Parents Introduction In the education of children, the role of parents is as crucial as that of teachers. Parents must themselves practise good habits first and then inculcate the same in their children. They should also recognize and nurture the unique talents inherent in their children, thereby instilling confidence in them. It is this confidence that ultimately leads them towards success. In this context, V. Irai Anbu is a contemporary writer who consistently expresses perceptive views on education and modern-day parenting through his works. This paper seeks to examine how he presents his reflections on contemporary parents in his writings.
